Since completing her first 200 hour yoga teacher training program in 2010 through Barefoot Movement, Leonora has taught for corporate entities, not-for-profit organizations, schools, Yoga studios and for private clients, both in person and virtually. The foundation of all of Leonora's teachings stems from her belief that Yoga is a practice that can help uncover the self, providing balance to one's physical, mental and emotional health and well-being to live a healthier, better life. In 2013, Leonora completed a short training for perinatal students with Cybele Tomlinson and began teaching the perinatal community. Since then she completed an additional training through Bliss Baby Yoga. Her certificated studies continued on in 2020 when she completed an additional 200 hours in Yoga Philosophy through Embodied Philosophy. But much of the learning Leonora thrives in is that from her students in every class, each time she teaches.
